We cordially invite you to another installment of our “ABC” Fireside series which we produce in association with our publishing partner Developing Leaders Quarterly (DLQ).

The idea of the event series is to engage contributors from the most recent DLQ edition in unscripted watercooler conversations on key issues of 21st century leadership and organization. This one will focus on Rethinking Governance.

Together we will explore how the interplay of governance and executive leadership must evolve in response to today’s complex business landscape. Some of the questions we intend to address are:

• How can we balance corporate control with the increasing need for organizational agility and adaptive leadership, especially when it comes to ecosystem engagement?
• What is the impact of massive digitalization – particularly AI – on the role and the practices of boards?
• How can boards embed ethics and values into the DNA of their decision-making?
• Do we need to reinvent the current model of corporate governance – and if yes, how?

As always, a group of outstanding panel of international thought and practice leaders will explore these and other questions – and share ideas how to address them.
