The Future of Executive Coaching
We cordially invite you to another installment of our “ABC” Fireside series where we engage authors from our most recent edition of Developing Leaders Quarterly in an unscripted watercooler conversation on a key issue of 21st century leadership and organization.
This one will focus on the Future of Executive Coaching. We are going to explore how the practice is developing – from personal development support to organizational capability, and from human connection to AI-enabled insights. Some of the questions we intend to address are:
- How is coaching evolving as a strategic leadership tool?
- What defines a true coaching culture in organizations?
- How can AI enhance—not replace—the human side of coaching?
- What does the next era of leadership development look like
As always, a group of outstanding panel of international thought and practice leaders will explore these and other questions – and share ideas how to address them.
Please join us on December 2, 2025 | 08:00 am – 9:30 am Pacific Time for an inspiring session!
