In November/December 2022, we conducted a global survey to get insights into the current maturity level of Business Ecosystem Leadership, using the CFFO Ecosystem Leadership Index (ELX), an instrument we recently developed to assess companies along the 9 dimensions of our proprietary Capability Framework (see our paper How to Succeed in Business Ecosystems)
