A New Era of Cross-Boundary Collaboration
About ECLF
Founded in 2005 by a group of major global corporations, the Executive Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF) is a community of senior executives who have a strategic responsibility to build organizational capabilities and drive large-scale change and transformation processes. Its members enjoy an intellectually and socially inspiring environment that encourages in-depth discourse on key challenges large organizations are facing today.
To maintain a culture of trust and open exchange, the community remains strictly vendor-free. More at www.eclf.org
What to Expect
The primary goal of this event is to re-connect the community after 3 years of virtual meetings only and reposition ECLF on a new level. The program therefore minimizes external input and maximizes peer exchange and collaborative ideation. We particularly aim to
- Rekindle the legendary ECLF spirit of trusted exchange and mutual support
- Review and innovate elements of our mission and business model that have come of age after 20+ years
- Identify priorities and topics that carry a sense of strategic urgency for participants and their companies and possibly create interest groups and/or consortium initiatives around them
- Agree on a broader roadmap for the future
Who Should Attend?
In the spirit of rejuvenation, we cordially invite executives who fit the curation criteria to join us for this reunion, so they can experience ECLF first hand. Our typical participants
- Represent companies with a certain strategic and organizational complexity
- Have a responsibility to shape learning architectures and drive transformation
- Have a level of seniority and experience that allows for meaningful conversations (typically VP, SVP)
- Are keen to leverage the experience of peers to (further) develop capabilities and potentially collaborate in consortium initiatives
With the exception of keynote speakers, we do not invite consultants and/or academics outside CFFO.
