CFFO Welcomes Steven D’Souza, Expanding its Presence into the Middle East

We are pleased to announce that Steven D’Souza will join the Center as a Senior Fellow and an Executive in Residence. Based in Abu Dhabi, his appointment marks an important step in expanding CFFO’s reach and engagement in the Middle East.

D’Souza is an internationally recognized executive educator, leadership advisor, and best-selling author whose work bridges philosophy, psychology, and organizational practice. He has advised senior leaders across a wide range of industries, helping organizations navigate complexity, cultural transformation, and leadership renewal.

Most recently, Steven served as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry in the Middle East, where he worked closely with boards and senior executives on leadership, talent, and organizational transformation across the region. Previously, he held senior global roles in leadership and talent development at Philip Morris International and Merrill Lynch, and has advised with organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Meta, TikTok, Credit Suisse, and the United Nations ILO.

He is the author of six acclaimed books, including the leadership trilogy Not Knowing, Not Doing, Not Being and most recently Shadows at Work, which explores how leaders can engage more deeply with their inner dynamics to lead with greater authenticity and impact.
